Kolač s breskvom i šljivama

Jelo mi se jučer nakon ručka nešto slatko.. Pa sam se borila neko vrijeme sa tim, pa nije išlo.. pa krenula raditi kolače.
Ovo je varijacija na temu kolača koje sam već radila http://shangrilafood.blogspot.com/2009/06/zdravi-kolaci-s-tresnjama.html, samo ovaj put sa šljivama i nektarinama.
Sastojci:
1 čaša (cca 2,5 dcl) integralnog brašna;
1 čaša bijelog glatkog brašna;
1 čaša smeđeg šećera;
1 prašak za pecivo;
2 jaja;
1 čaša jogurta ili mlijeka;
žličica margarina + malo mlijeka;
2 nektarine;
3 šljive.
Sve sastojke pomiješati u jednu posudu ili staviti u multipraktik. Žličicu margarina rastopiti sa 2 žličice mlijeka i dodati svim sastojcima, te zamiješati u glatku masu. Izliti masu u namašten protvan i staviti breskve i šljive izrezane na sitne kockice na vrh kolača. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 C cca 30 minuta .
I želja bijaše zadovoljena :)))

    Now, here's the answer to your question:

    I've made those wraps at home:

    DOUGH:

    * 3/4 teaspoon dried yeast
    * 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
    * 2 1/4 cups flour
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * Olive oil

    Combine the yeast with a little of the warm water, and set aside until mixture is frothy. Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl, and make a well in the center. Add the yeast mixture, along with the remaining warm water. Using your hands, work the mixture into a dough, adding more water if necessary. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until pliable and springy, about 5 minutes. Place dough in an oiled bowl, turning to coat, cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until dough doubles in size, about 1 hour.
